Right now, the weather's really nasty. Thunderstorms, super hot, super humid. As a result, I cannot encode the video without my laptop melting, and the last disc of Armageddon may be late-ish. (Yes, I've been doing it once a week! I don't buy it myself.)

In the meantime, I'll still be working on the audio/subs.

Getter Robo Armageddon Episodes 4-7

So, for whatever reason, the high-quality audio from the rips I was using has this demented echo added to it. The normal-quality version was used instead. I think it's back to normal for 8-10, but if not, dammit. I don't think you can really tell the difference anyway...

Other random things worth noting includes the ED: it's not HURRY UP HURRY UP TRAINS. This also made me unhappy, editing-wise. Basically, the dub track still might be a little messed up, but I'm getting better.

Getter Robo Armageddon Episode 2 + 3

Yeah, my hopes and dreams were basically blown when I realized the American DVDs were organized by a blind, deranged ferret. (Or maybe I'm just really bad at this.)

The good news? I'm now at least twice as organized, to compensate. This whole affair went by very quickly, so if it's not too hard, I'll probably release the next disc at once, etc...

Remastered + Subs, Getter Robo Armageddon 1

Whoo.

I fucking hate that logo they inserted during the opening narrative. I'da had to retime the subs anyway, due to EMOTION 15TH BLAHBLAH, and I'd still have to edit in the full ED, but fuck you Japan for making me do work. Took, like, an hour to realize I should just be lazy and copypasta the JP audio for those four odd seconds. Only on the dub track, and shitsux anyway. Me be stoopid, ook ook.

Disclaimer: Dub track and subtitles have milliseconds of TAIMINGU issues because I suck. And fuck your full ED translation, my American DVDs aren't intuitively organized, and I'm lazy.
